Product Description
- Cut from tender and flavorful, butcher-quality hogs, these St. Louis-style ribs are ideal for barbecue-style applications. These full slabs feature 100 percent usable product with no waste. A consistent slab length and width ensure maximum plate coverage and presentation.
- Season the ribs with a rub or marinade for lunch or dinner entrees, and they work well with a variety of sauces. They can be grilled, baked or prepared in a smokehouse.
- For a zippy, tasty rub, mix brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper and chili powder.
- St. Louis-style ribs are made with the sternum bone, cartilage and rib tips removed so that a well-formed, rectangular-shaped rack is created for an appealing presentation.
- For convenience and easy handling, the ribs come to you in a poly bag with poly sheets between each layer. There are 14, six-ounce-average ribs per case.
- Store frozen for up to 540 days. Thaw under refrigeration.
- No hormones added: Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in the raising and production of pork or poultry.
