  • These eight-inch-long franks fit well into a hot dog bun, but they are perfect for more interesting and flavorful presentations. Try pretzel buns, toasted New England buns or baguettes. Wrap them in tortillas or crescent rolls, or place them between slices of cornbread.
  • The beef is slightly more coarsely ground than a regular beef frank for appealing texture. There are no added soy or vegetable proteins.
