  • The olives are packed in brine making them ideal for use as an appetizer or ingredient.
  • Try pairing these olives with aged Swiss, pepper Jack or manchego cheeses. Add them to a luxurious charcuterie plate.
  • Spanish queen olives are delicious in recipes and their large size is riveting. Consider making an olive tapenade, green olive hummus or hot pimiento cheese dip with sliced green olives. They are also a nice addition to roasted chicken or flatbread/pizzas.
  • The olives are packed in one-gallon jars. Each jar contains approximately 150-160 olives.
