Product Description

  • Collard greens are a staple of Southern cooking and are cooked with ham hocks, bacon and garlic. These greens are cleaned, chopped and ready for your recipes.
  • Turnip greens are great on their own or mixed with other greens. Most cooks choose to add either salt pork or ham hocks, depending on preference.
  • Serve as a side dish or use as an ingredient in sautes, soups and stews for additional flavor and color. Offer warm cornbread with honey butter as an accompaniment.
