- Ideal for the customer who is looking for tender, cost-effective beef cubed steak, these are perfect for healthcare and long-term care as they have a tender, steak bite. Make homestyle classics like Swiss or Salisbury steak with them.
- Cubed steaks are delicious pan seared in butter with onions and garlic, 3 - 4 minutes each side. Add sliced mushrooms and beef broth, and simmer until done. Serve with vegetables and potatoes.
- They can also be breaded, fried and served as chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. An American classic!
