Product Description

  • Ben's Original brand Long Grain & Wild Rice Garden Blend is a combination of select long-grain wild rice, onions, carrots, celery, parsley, and seasonings.
  • Ideal for use as a side dish, or addition to multiple applications.
  • Stovetop: Bring 2.75 quarts of water to a boil in a stock pot. Stir in rice mix, butter (optional) and seasoning packet. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed, and stir occasionally. Transfer to a serving pan and keep warm and fluff with fork before serving.
  • Oven: Combine 2.75 quarts of boiling water, rice mix, 4 ounces of butter (optional) and contents of seasoning packet to a full-size steam pan, and stir well. Cover and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until most of the water is absorbed. Keep warm and fluff with fork before serving.
