- Crisp and sweet, these domestically grown carrots are sliced into crinkle-cut medallions with a consistent appearance and diameter. The carrots come to you ready to use, saving you time and labor while providing your customers with a high-quality result every time.
- Serve the carrots as a colorful hot side or an addition to soups, stews and vegetable blends. The carrot slices are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen. Prepare the carrots from frozen for best results.
- Add flavor dimension to carrots by glazing them in brown sugar. Simply heat brown sugar, butter, orange peel and salt in a skillet, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly. Stir in the carrots and cook over low heat until they are glazed and hot.
- The carrots are rated U.S. Grade A because they offer good flavor, color and aroma. They are tender and practically uniform in shape and defect free.
- There are 12, 32-ounce packages per case. Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
