Product Description

  • This Southern-style, cornmeal breading is seasoned with a perfect blend of spices that adds homestyle taste and texture to fish. Convenient and easy to use, it finishes with a golden brown color. This premade mix saves you time and labor while providing your customers with a consistent, high-quality result.
  • The breading is popular in restaurants, college and universities, healthcare and regional chains. Coated and uncooked fish can be stored up to 12 hours under refrigeration without turning dark in the fryer.
  • For breaded fish, dip prepared meat in cold water. Coat the fish and shake off excess. Fry the coated fish pieces at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve it with sides of french fries, hush puppies, coles slaw or green beans. For condiments, use tartar sauce, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, plenty of lemon wedges and pickles. The breading is also great on oysters.
  • This special breading is made with yellow cornmeal and corn meal flour, sea salt and spices.
  • The unique side-opening case design allows easy access to the product. There are six, 80-ounce bags per case.
  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 365 days.
