Product Description
- This quality 80/20 ground beef is packed in 10-pound tubes. The bulk packaging is economical, and it saves time and reduces waste when serving large groups. This beef is appropriate for all markets and any ground beef recipe.
- Form the beef into patties for hamburgers or hamburger hoagies. Make meatballs or meatloaf. Fry it up crumbled for Mexican-style dishes, pasta recipes, casseroles or any application calling for ground beef. Prepare the beef from frozen, or thaw it in the refrigerator or microwave.
- For a super-tasty meatloaf, combine beef and bread crumbs or regular oatmeal with beaten eggs and milk. Mix in crushed garlic, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, sage, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- This product is often reground in markets and sold as fresh or refreshed ground beef.
- There are three, 10-pound tubes per case.
- Store in the freezer section for up to 365 days.
