Product Description
- This colorful vegetable blend offers a tasty summertime medley of frozen whole green beans, whole wax beans and petite whole baby carrots. The beans are at least 1.75 inches long, and the carrots are 3/8 - 5/8 inches in diameter and 1.5 - 2.25 inches long.
- These vegetables are ideal for any foodservice application. The medley can be used as a side dish or as an ingredient in soups, salads, stews and casseroles.
- For a simple saute, heat butter and water together, then add the vegetables. Toss them and cook for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Each vegetable is rated U.S. Grade A, ensuring they are tender and have good flavor, aroma bright color.
- The vegetables are individually quick-frozen to seal in freshness and flavor and enable easy separation when frozen. There are 12, 32-ounce packages per case.
- Store in the freezer section.
