  • For a great potato experience, these tasty Southern-style hashbrown breakfast cubes provide homestyle appeal. They are made from whole potatoes for enhanced flavor. Conveniently precut to a consistent size, they cook up uniformly for a variety of applications.
  • The hash browns are a classic breakfast side dish with eggs and can add crispy goodness to lunches and dinners as well.
  • For best results, cook the potatoes from a frozen state. To deep fry, cook one pound at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 1/4-3 3/4 minutes. Shake the basket after 30 seconds. They can also be fried in butter or oil, and onions add extra flavor. To roast in the oven, spread frozen potatoes in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan. Microwave preparation is not recommended.
  • The potato cubes are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen.
  • There are six, 48-ounce packages per case. Store frozen for up to 720 days.
