Product Description

  • Masterfully cut from the veal loin roast and usually braised or pan fried, this hearty chop is the veal counterpart to a porterhouse or T-bone steak.
  • Prepare the perfect veal loin chop in a skillet with olive oil, chicken broth, mushrooms and rosemary.
  • These chops are bone-in for better plate coverage and tremendous flavor. This cut includes the tail, the narrow end of the strip or tenderloin, or the fat and lean beyond the eye of the muscle. The cap fat is trimmed to 0.125-inch or less.
  • USDA Choice veal is juicier and more flavorful than lower grades, and it tends to be lighter in color.
  • This product is frozen and shipped on the refrigerated part of the truck.
  • These six-ounce chops are individually packed, 32 per case. Shaped packaging preserves the form of the product.
