Prized for its rich beef flavor, Ribeye may be marinated in an acidic marinate and then roasted whole as a standing rib roast for prime rib, or cut it into tender ribeye steaks and grilled. Serve with fresh seasonal vegetables and a baked potato with sour cream, butter and chives. Brand may vary.
  • Wet-aged a minimum of 21 days for enhanced natural flavor and tenderness.
