  • Versatile to use either reheated or served cold, ideal for sandwich applications. Thinly sliced corned beef is delicious piled high on marble rye with sauerkraut, dressing and Swiss cheese melted over the top of it all.
  • Fully cooked and trimmed extra-lean for 100% yield. The rich, old-world flavor makes these great for boiled dinners and traditional Reuben sandwiches.
  • Ideal for displaying in the deli case. Slice per order or have it presliced in the case and sell by the pound.
