Product Description

  • Zero Egg Liquid can be substituted for all of your egg dishes as an ingredient to build a plant based menu offering. Use as a scramble, quiche, french toast coating or in any baking dish where you can substitute a plant based egg.
  • Zero Egg plant based patty is healthy and delicious: 100 percent plant based, vegan, non-GMO, gluten free, preservative free, cholesterol free, low fat and cholesterol free.
  • Zero Egg Liquid is frozen and needs to be thawed down in a refrigerator. Packed in 6, 2 lb bags which is equivalent to 108, 50 gram shell eggs. Utilize small amount of cooking spray in pan prior to scrambling.
  • Thaw product completely before using, store in a covered container and use within two days. Product will hold on a steam table and can be cooked ahead in a scramble and reheated if stored covered in cooler overnight.
