Product Description

  • Only the highest quality chicken is used for these whole chickens. For your convenience, they have the necks and giblets removed. Provided raw, the chickens come to you marinated to ensure consistent moisture and tender texture during extended hold times.
  • For a tasty roast chicken, season every surface of chicken, inside and out, with salt and pepper. Transfer it to a skillet and arrange halved lemons and a halved head of garlic around the chicken. Drizzle with butter and roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until the chicken is nicely browned, cooked through and the juices run clear.
  • The chickens are controlled vacuum-packed to preserve freshness, retain natural flavor and enhance shelf life. The dual-layer packaging resists punctures and prevents CO2 leaks. The chickens average three pounds, and there are 14 chickens per case.
  • Store in the cooler section for up to 14 days. No hormones added: Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in the raising and production of pork or poultry.
