Product Description

  • Expertly cut by master craftsmen, these tenderloins lend themselves to a wide variety of applications, including filet mignon, chateaubriand and any dish requiring exceptionally tender meat.
  • Enjoy extraordinary tenderness with this steak, which has been wet-aged 21 days. It also is tenderized using a jaccard, a needling process resulting in faster, more even cooking.
  • This end-to-end cut steak comes chine-off, which is the removal of the backbone, leaving the rib bones and the primary muscle intact.
  • USDA Select, the most prevalent USDA grade, is lean and fairly flavorful with a moderately firm bite.
  • These eight-ounce steaks are individually packaged, 24 per case. Shaped packaging preserves the form of the steak.
