Product Description

  • This Array sanitizer is chlorine-based. It is ideal for use in low-temperature dishmachines and three-compartment sink applications. Do not mix this with any acid-based solution.
  • This sanitizer is concentrated for extended product usage and cost control. It will need to be diluted to recommended ratios before using.
  • This product is used in low-temperature dish machines. Can be used for the third sing to sanitize in the three-compartment sink applications. Immerse all utensils for at least two minutes for effective sanitizing.
  • This product has a no-rinse formula that saves time and labor, reducing costs.
  • Chlorine is inexpensive and effective against all vegetative pathogens. But it is easily inactivated by organic matter and can be corrosive to equipment.
  • This product is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered. If a product claims to disinfect or sanitize microbes on a surface or object, it must have an EPA registration number and establishment number.
