Product Description
- These farm-raised, raw vannamei shrimp have the shell, vein and tail removed. They have a crisp bite with a light-mild flavor. For convenience, the shrimp come to you peeled and deveined.
- Lemon, garlic and shrimp go perfectly together. Melt one tablespoon butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Add shrimp, garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and cook until the shrimp is pink. Remove from the heat and stir in another tablespoon of butter, lemon juice, white wine and parsley.
- Vannamei shrimp are known for their white color. They are also called whiteleg shrimp, Pacific white shrimp or king prawn.
- The shrimp are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen.
- There are five, two-pound packages per case, with 21-25 shrimp in each package.
