  • Swordfish has a mildly sweet flavor and a moist, meaty texture with moderately high content. The flesh can range from white or ivory to pink or orange.
  • Broil, grill or saute for multiple preparation options. Suggestion: Brush swordfish steaks with a blend of olive oil, mint, lemon juice, basil and garlic. Grill the steaks until just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Do not overcook the fish as it will dry out.
