Product Description
- This convenient, quality mix creates dense, golden brown pancakes with a sweet flavor from fiber bran and a blend of other grains. Easy to make; just add water. The mix can also be made into waffles.
- This is a healthy and nutritious alternative for the breakfast menu. The mix is a blend of cracked wheat, oat groats, corn grits, rye meal, soy grits, quinoa, barley, triticale, buckwheat, millet, brown rice and spelt.
- Serve as a breakfast entree or breakfast side. Maple syrup and butter are the key complements to pancakes. This product fits into any operation that serves breakfast and wants to serve an alternative to white pancakes.
- Although not ideal, product can be mixed the night before and held under refrigeration until used in the morning. It is not recommended to hold for more than 24 hours.
- Packed in a five pound bag, which is easily handled and stored.
