  • Ben's Original brand Traditional Cornread Stuffing Mix is a quintessential stuffing mix for menu applications! A combination of a savory blend of onions, celery, spices, seasonings and cornbread and wheat breadcrumbs, this stuffing mix is quick and easy to make. Simply add hot water for consistently moist stuffing every time.
  • Ideal for use as a side dish, or addition to multiple applications.
  • Stove top: Combine 2.75 quarts boiling water, 1 pound butter or margarine & contents of seasoning pouch in a stock pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, and stir in crumb mixture & moisten all crumbs. Transfer to serving pan, cover, and keep warm. Fluff with fork before serving.
  • Oven: Combine 2.75 quarts of hot water, 1 pound butter or margarine and contents of seasoning packet in a full-size steam table pan. Stir well and combine bread crumb mixture. Cover and bake 35 minutes at 425°F.
