  • This ethanol gel chafing fuel provides reliable, high heat and burns clean, making it ideal for culinary applications. Each seven-ounce can provides up to two hours of burn time to keep food warm in chafing dishes.
  • Ethanol fuel gel is easier to light and less toxic than methanol fuels. It heats up to full intensity quickly and provides clean combustion with no soot. It does not flare up while lighting. Extinguish the flame with the can's lid; the fuel can be relit later when needed.
