Product Description
- Derived from the upper forequarter of beef, this rich and tender cut is well marbled and juicy.
- USDA Select is the most prevalent USDA grade, lean and fairly flavorful with a moderately firm bite.
- Prized for its rich beef flavor, these ribeyes are most commonly served as prime rib roasts or ribeye steaks. They can be cut into ribeye or Delmonico (lip-off) steaks and broiled or grilled.
- Roast the ribeye and present whole or as a sliced entree. Rub the loin with a mixture of garlic and herbs, and roast it in the oven until its internal temperature registers 130 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare. Let rest and slice. Serve with sauteed mushrooms and crusty bread.
- They are lip-on. Lean and fat that extend beyond the primary muscle of eye is left intact.
- Keep this product refrigerated until ready to use.
