Product Description
- This Array oven and grill cleaner has a concentrated formula. It is a non-flammable and non-abrasive liquid cleaner and degreaser. It works to clean surfaces and eliminate the cause of odors.
- This product is very effective on grills, ovens, hoods, deep fryers and other stainless steel surfaces. The non-abrasive formula does not scratch or abrade surfaces.
- Before use on grill, scrape heavy debris from surface then set temperature to 150 - 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray or pour product onto entire surface and immediately wipe with cloth or non-abrasive pad. Flush with a mild acid rinse and follow with a water rinse.
- This product can be used to clean deep fryers too. Drain and remove food debris from fryer. Fill with water to grease line and add this product. Bring to low boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool then brush, drain, flush, rinse and neutralize with a mild acid rinse followed by a water rinse.
- The solvent-free formula is non-flammable and safe to use around stoves and grills that might be hot. Do not use on aluminum.
- Flush with a mild acid rinse and follow with a water rinse. Reprocess grill with cooking oils to prevent sticking.
- This product can be used to clean deep fryers too. Drain and remove food debris from fryer. Fill with water to grease line and add this product. Bring to low boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool. Brush, drain, flush, rinse and neutralize with a mild acid rinse. Follow with a water rinse.
