  • The precoat is popular in restaurants, college and universities, healthcare and regional chains. To prepare, just add water to the mix instead of egg and milk.
  • Simply whisk the mix with cool water until the batter is smooth. Adjust the water content to make the batter the desired thickness. Try beer, juice or other liquids as substitutes for water. The precoat can also be used as a dry coating to add a little crunch that helps enhance texture.
  • The special pre-coat made with corn wheat, and soy flours and is lightly seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
  • The unique side-opening case design allows easy access to the product. There are six, 80-ounce bags per case.
