Product Description

  • This crunchy coating mix is seasoned with a perfect blend of spices that adds homestyle taste and texture to chicken. Convenient and easy to use, it finishes with a golden brown color, ideal for boneless and bone-in chicken. This premade mix saves you time and labor while providing your customers with a consistent, high-quality result.
  • The breading is popular in restaurants, college and universities, healthcare and regional chains. The meat can be prebreaded and held overnight for convenience.
  • For breaded chicken, dip prepared meat in cold water. Coat the chicken and shake off excess. Allow the chicken to stand for 5-10 minutes. Fry the coated chicken pieces at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown. Serve it with sides like cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, macaroni and cheese, green bean salad, creamy coleslaw or potato salad.
  • This special breading is seasoned with celery, white pepper, paprika and sea salt.
