- These mouth-watering pork sausage links are made with 65% lean, butcher-quality ham trim. Ready-to-cook for any breakfast application, they feature coarse ground pork, which provides an appealing home-style texture.
- These breakfast links include 3% soy protein to ensure a long-lasting hold, so they are great for caterers, breakfast buffets, cafeterias and schools. They also do very well pre-cooked and reheated because they hold moisture and eating quality.
- In addition to breakfast, you can use the links in a variety of recipes. For example, roll them in puff pastry or crescent rolls for easy pigs-in-blankets.
- For best yield and product performance, prepare from frozen. The links can also be thawed overnight under refrigeration.
- These links are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen. There are 160, one-ounce links per case. Store in the freezer section for up to 180 days.
