Product Description

  • This delicious midori vegetable blend consists of 30% shelled soybeans, 25% sugar snap peas, 20% cut baby corn, 15% 3/8-inch sliced red pepper strips, and 10% sliced water chestnuts. The vegetables come to you ready to prepare, saving you time and labor while providing your customers with a consistently high-quality product any time of year.
  • Midori is the Japanese word for "green." The colorful blend is ideal as a side dish or for use in soups, salads, stews and casseroles.
  • Prepare the vegetables from frozen. Place them in a minimum amount of boiling water. Bring to a second boil and cook until they are tender. They can also be steamed or microwaved.
  • The vegetables are all rated U.S. Grade A, so you can be assured of consistency and the highest quality.
  • There are six, 40-ounce packages per case. The vegetables are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen.
  • Store in the freezer section for up to 360 days.
