Product Description
- These quality, 4-ounce Salisbury beef patties are seasoned with sweet red bell peppers and have soy protein added. They cook up moist and tender, ideal for a variety of recipes. Use the patties to prepare juicy and flavorful Salisbury steaks, sandwiches, meatloaf and beef stroganoff entrees.
- The patties are perfect for restaurants, healthcare, schools and other institutions looking for portion control. They can be baked, grilled or fried. For best results, prepare the patties from the frozen state.
- For an easy Salisbury steak, mix the beef with bread crumbs, onion, egg and water. Cook the patties in oil until they are well browned. Add beef gravy and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
- The steaks are seasoned with onion, garlic powder, celery and spices.
- There are 40 patties per case. The patties are individually quick frozen to ensure freshness and allow easy product separation while frozen.
- Store in the freezer section for up to 180 days.
