Product Description
- These whole raspberries provide a fresh taste that's sweetened with sugar. Ready to use, they save you time and labor while providing your customers with a consistently high-quality product any time of year. The sugar tempers the natural tartness of the raspberries for a balanced flavor.
- The raspberries are ideal for use in desserts such as pies, tarts, cakes or fruit platters. Serve with cottage cheese or mix with in-season fruit. They can be used frozen or thawed.
- Raspberries and chocolate go deliciously together. For easy muffins, combine flour, sugar and chocolate bits. Beat an egg and add melted butter and buttermilk. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and fold in thawed raspberries. Bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- The cherries are rated U.S. Grade A because they offer bright, practically uniform color and are practically defect free. They have good character, flavor and aroma.
- The raspberries are provided in six, 104-ounce tubs per case. The reclosable tubs enable easy storage, handling and portion control.
- Store in the freezer section for up to three years. Store thawed for up to three days. They can be thawed in the refrigerator or microwave, or at room temperature.
