Product Description
- These dried mashed potatoes are made from quality russet potatoes. Easy to prepare, they save you time and labor in the kitchen. Just add water, milk, salt and butter or margarine to the granules, heat and stir. In no time, you'll have creamy, delicious mashed potatoes that can be used in a variety of ways.
- Potatoes are great in full-service restaurants, schools and healthcare. It's an economical way to provide your customers with this traditional comfort food.
- For crispy, crusty potato pancakes with a little kick, mix water, egg and salt and stir in the potato granules. Add chopped chives, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Shape the mixture into pancakes and cook in oil and butter until both sides have a well-browned crust. Top with sour cream and sprinkle each with chives.
- Packaged in a plastic can with a reclosable snap-off cap. No opener is required. The granules are easy to pour. A built-in handle provides a no-slip grip.
- There are six, 528-ounce cans per case. The cans are easy to store and fit in a can rack or in stacks on shelves. Shelf life is 730 days.
