- Kids and adults alike love this quality ground beef. It is ideal for high-volume operations. The meat provides a three-hour-plus holding time without drying out, making it perfect for steam tables and hot boxes. It is excellent for preparing in a commissary and delivered to other locations.
- Prepare from the frozen state for quick preparation using a flat top or charcoal grill, frying pan, panini grill or convection oven.
- For great flavor, the beef is mixed with seasoned bread crumbs made with wheat flour, durum flour, sugar, tomato powder, spices and onion powder.
- There are 60, four-ounce frozen patties per case. Store in the freezer section for up to 365 days.
