Product Description

  • This quality long, thin spaghetti is made with 100% durum wheat semolina and has a mild, nut-like flavor. Providing consistency and value, you can be assured of superior pasta every time. It's smaller in diameter than regular spaghetti, making it a favorite with chefs and home cooks alike.
  • The spaghetti is great with meat or vegetable red sauces, as well as fish or oil-based sauces and carbonara. It's ideal for a range of venues, including fast-casual, casual, family and white tablecloth restaurants, healthcare, K-12, colleges and universities.
  • For a simple, light pasta sauce, sautee grated onion and add oregano and salt. Cook until the onions begin to brown. Add crushed garlic, cook briefly, and add crushed tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and stir in olive oil and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • There are 320 ounces of 20-inch-long pasta per case. Bulk packaging saves time and reduces waste when serving large groups.
